Once an order enters operational processing, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Orders placed for:

Customized sarees
Personalized menswear
Altered products
Consultation-based designs
Made-to-order products

cannot be cancelled once production or customization work has started.

As these products are specifically created based on customer requirements, such purchases are considered final.

3. Cancellation Request Process

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately with:

Reason for cancellation
