At Namrata Weaves, every product is carefully curated and quality checked before dispatch. As many of our products involve handcrafted detailing, weaving processes and customization, we request customers to read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in limited circumstances where:
- The product delivered is damaged during transit
- The product received is incorrect
- The product has a major manufacturing defect
To be eligible for review:
- Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear unboxing video evidence must be provided
- Product must be unused, unwashed and in original condition
- Original tags, packaging and accessories must be intact
Requests made without valid proof may not qualify for return, exchange or refund approval.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
For all claims related to:
- Damaged products
- Missing products
- Incorrect items
- Packaging issues
customers must provide a continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
The video must clearly show:
- Untampered outer packaging
- Shipping label visibility
- Entire unpacking process without cuts or edits
- Product condition upon opening
Claims submitted without proper unboxing video evidence may be rejected.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
The following products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized or personalized products
- Made-to-order products
- Altered or tailored products
- Products purchased during special sales or promotional campaigns
- Products showing signs of use, perfume, makeup stains or damage after delivery
- Products returned without original packaging or tags
- Products with minor weaving irregularities, thread variations or handcrafted texture differences
Handcrafted and woven products naturally carry slight irregularities that are part of their artisanal character and shall not be considered defects.
4. Color & Appearance Variation Disclaimer
We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible.
However, actual colors, textures and finishes may slightly vary due to:
- Screen settings
- Device display variations
- Lighting conditions during photography
- Handcrafted dyeing and weaving processes
Such variations shall not qualify as defects or grounds for returns or refunds.
5. Exchange Policy
Approved exchanges may be offered only for eligible cases.
Exchange approval is subject to:
- Product availability
- Verification by our quality team
- Compliance with policy conditions
Namrata Weaves reserves the right to:
- Offer replacement instead of refund
- Reject exchange requests that do not meet eligibility criteria
- Approve exchanges only after inspection of returned products
Customers may be required to ship products back to the address provided by our support team.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after:
- Returned products are received and inspected
- Quality checks are completed
- Claim approval is confirmed by our team
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping charges, convenience fees, COD charges or payment gateway fees may be non-refundable.
Namrata Weaves reserves the right to deduct applicable handling or logistics costs where necessary.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been:
- Processed
- Customized
- Packed
- Shipped
it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Customized and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Namrata Weaves reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests after operational processing begins.
8. Refusal of Return Requests
Namrata Weaves reserves the right to reject return, exchange or refund requests in situations including but not limited to:
- Missing unboxing proof
- Delay in reporting issue
- Signs of product usage
- Damage caused after delivery
- Tampered packaging after delivery
- Fraudulent claims
- Multiple suspicious return attempts
- Policy misuse
Any misuse of return systems or abusive behavior may lead to restriction of future purchases.
9. Reverse Pickup & Return Shipping
Reverse pickup service may be available only in selected pin codes.
Where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship approved return products.
Customers are advised to use reliable courier services with tracking.
Namrata Weaves shall not be responsible for return packages lost during transit.
10. Custom Orders & Consultation-Based Purchases
Products created based on:
- Customer-approved measurements
- Design approvals
- Personalized requests
- Consultation-based customization
are final sale items and are generally not eligible for return, refund or exchange unless received in damaged condition.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before approval.
